Dog Days of Summer

Posted by Cindy in Dogs

The dog days of summer have arrived.

And Jaxon decided it was time too cool off. In the creek. After he crawled over the fence.

Jaxon’s a dirty dog. There is mud between here and the creek.

Sadie, however, lays being a good girl. She stays in the yard. She doesn’t crawl or jump over the fence, though she very well could, she’s taller than Jax.

Jax is about to get a bath with my new homemade dog soap!

    Hi Cindy,

I found your site through Suzanne’s Chicken’s in the Road Site and absolutely love it! Your blog is an inspiration to those of us who are wanting to do the same thing that you and your family are doing. I can’t wait to leave the rat race. Anyway I was wondering if you’ve posted your dog soap recipe on your website, or if you sell it in your store?

    Thanks,
    Mary

No, Mary, I haven’t posted the dog soap recipe. I will work on a post for that soon. I wanted to try it, etc, before I actually posted about it. It seems to have worked well, so I guess it’s time to do that post :)
