Nope, this isn’t a wonderful new cookie recipe. I’m making personal sized soaps — in a winter theme!
I found these cute little cookie cutters, thinking SOAP!

I started with a 2 pound batch of 7% Superfatted Hot Process Soap, poured into a freezer paper lined cookie sheet and let sit until hardened.

Then I started cutting, just like a batch of cookies.

I found it easiest to put my hand under the paper to push the whole cookie cutter (with soap inside) up, so after every row, I cut off the extra, keeping for another project.

So far, I have 13 sets of these little soaps with lots of scraps leftover! Stay tuned for more soap playing!

OMG Cindy…those turned out really cute!
They turned out just wonderfully!! So charming.
I want to make soap! It is on my to do list but now I really want to make soap! These are the cutest! And I want some so I will have to make some soap. I’m curious as to what you will do with the scraps.
These are absolutely adorable!! I definitely need to add this to my “to do” list.
There’s gonna be some very happy folk on Christmas Day!
