I had lots of soap scraps left when I made my Mini Cookie Cutter Soaps.

I wasn’t exactly sure if I could just roll them back out like a cookie dough and cut more soaps or not. So I tried!
First, I heated them at medium power in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then I beat them with my mixer! I thought that would be the easiest way to get them all back together nicely. This worked well, saved my arm!

I patted back out and allowed it to cool and tried cutting them.

While they cut out fine, the appearance just wasn’t as nice as the originals. There were lines all through them and I just wasn’t happy. I scrapped that idea!
Onto the next — Soap Balls!
I reheated the scraps in the microwave, mixed up with the mixer, shaped into balls (just like peanut butter cookies), and set aside to dry.

So with that original 2# recipe, I now have 13 sets of 5 Mini-Soaps and 24 (approximately 1 1/2″ – 2 1/2″) soap balls!
Soap Balls!

What a great idea, love the soap balls!
I was excited to see your cookie cutter soap, I love how you found a good way to use all of the left overs too! A perfect idea!
I love using my scraps for soap balls! I also love your netting idea for packaging.
